Pasta House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/3 head romaine lettuce
    1 small jar sliced pimentos
    1 small red onion
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and parmesan cheese.
    Chill dressing for at least one hour.
    Slice onions and artichoke hearts.
    Mix with lettuce and pimentos in a large salad bowl. Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
