Autumn Apple Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. apple juice
    4 cinnamon sticks
    1 doz. whole cloves
    1 1/2 pt. pineapple juice
    1 c. lemon juice
    1 qt. orange juice
    1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
Preparation
    Place apple juice in non-aluminum pan.
    Tie spices in cheesecloth and simmer together, uncovered, 15 minutes.
    Discard spice bag.
    Mix with remaining fruit juices.
    When serving, add ginger ale.
    Float ice ring.
    Serves 25.
