Mexican Crock-Pot(Makes 12 Servings. Prep Time: 1 Hour.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. taco sauce or salsa
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and sausage together and drain.
    Place meat in crock-pot and mix in Ro-Tel tomatoes, mushroom soup and taco sauce or salsa. Cut cheese into small pieces and add to mixture. Heat on low until cheese melts.
    Serve over tortilla chips.
