Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift flour, salt and soda. Add dry ingredients.
Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
Stir in apples and nuts by hand.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
