Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 oz. frozen coconut, thawed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream the butter, shortening and cream cheese and gradually add sugar; beat at medium speed.
    Add eggs one at a time; beat between each.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Add to mixture and stir just enough to blend.
    Add coconut, vanilla and coconut flavoring; stir to blend.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan; pour in cake mixture and bake in a preheated 320\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool 15 minutes in pan.
    Check with toothpick when done.
