Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 potatoes
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. orange juice or less
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Scrub and cook the potatoes with skins on until fork-tender. Cool, peel and slice.
    Place in casserole.
    Bake, basting every 10 minutes for about 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    May add marshmallows for the last 5 to 10 minutes.
