Perky Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. shelled pecan halves
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg white (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Mix sugar with cinnamon and salt, then add water with egg white. Stir well.
    Pour nuts in and stir until all nuts are coated.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
