Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

4 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 (1 lb.) can corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Slice 2 eggs into a 1 1/2-quart dish.
In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in sausage and corn; pour over sliced eggs.
Slice remaining 2 eggs.
Arrange eggs over top of sausage mixture.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
