Taco Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. potatoes
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter or margarine
1 large pkg. shredded taco cheese
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes into large microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle salt and garlic salt over potatoes.
Cook on High 20 minutes or until tender. Dot with butter pats and cook until melted. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
Serves 6 to 10.
