Different Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) No Yolk noodles
    1 c. (8 oz.) lemon low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. reduced-calorie cholesterol free mayonnaise
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. (about 8 oz.) bite-size cooked chicken pieces
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions without salt. Meanwhile, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and ground ginger in a large bowl.
    Add chicken, oranges, grapes, celery and onion to dressing mixture.
    Drain noodles and add to chicken mixture; toss gently to combine.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
    Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
    Contains 305 calories and 8 g fat per serving.
