Blueberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. graham crackers
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 cans blueberry pie filling
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (light)
4 c. powdered sugar
2 large bowls Cool Whip
2 tsp. milk (if needed)
Preparation

Make graham cracker crust per directions on package.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together.
Spoon into pie crust.
Spread blueberry pie filling over top.
Refrigerate.
Serves 24.
