Cassava Cake #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. coarsely grated cassava
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. coconut milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pour mixture into foil-lined 8-inch layer pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until mixture is almost firm.
