Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked yams or sweet potatoes (can or fresh yams)
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
8 marshmallows (large)
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes. Add butter, sugar, milk and juice.
Spoon up mixture.
Shape around marshmallows.
Roll ball in crushed cornflakes.
Place in buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until marshmallows begin to ooze. Makes 8 balls.
