Cheese Stuffed Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. blue cheese
1/4 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. large whole pecan halves
Preparation

Cream cheese together; spread mixture on flat surface of one nut half and top with another half, sandwich fashion.
Store in refrigerator.
Yields about 120 stuffed pecans.
Great for a party.
