Fluffy White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Very slowly add sugar syrup to two unbeaten egg whites; beat constantly with electric mixer until soft peak forms, about 7 minutes.
    Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
