Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. finely chopped ham
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk and flour with wire whisk or rotary beater until mixed well, but not foamy, then mix cheese and ham with egg mixture. Pour into pie shell.
Bake from 35 to 40 minutes on moderate temperature until puffy and golden.
