"Speedie" Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. Crisco (plain or butter flavored)
Preparation
    Combine water, sugar and yeast; stir until dissolved.
    Add salt and 2 cups sifted flour.
    Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add eggs and Crisco and beat for 1 minute.
    Work in remaining flour.
    Cover and let rest in bowl for 20 minutes (this makes dough easier to handle).
