Lindsey'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. jasmine rice, cooked
    2 small thinly chopped onions
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a skillet or wok over medium heat, brown the onions with 2 tablespoons butter. Toss in the cooked rice. Crack and mix the eggs into mixture until the eggs have completely cooked. Mix in the soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
