Mom'S Butter Scotch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
pie crust
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar; then add milk and remaining ingredients.
Cook until thick; cool.
Fill baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
