Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium red pepper, diced
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    3/4 c. cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in wok or deep skillet.
    Saute red pepper for 2 minutes.
    Add cabbage and cook for 4 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
    Add seasonings and cream; heat for 1 minute.
    Serves nicely with corned beef brisket.
