Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. fresh bulk sausage
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear bread into small pieces and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sausage and cheese.
    Pour over bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    The cheese will rise to the top.
    May be prepared and refrigerated until ready to bake.
