Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix together everything except grated cheese and pour into a greased casserole or a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Cover with foil to bake.
