Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces chicken (raw)
    1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine (pareve)
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    sage
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Skin the chicken pieces.
    Melt margarine in a medium frying pan.
    Mix bread crumbs with spices, adding according to taste. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dip chicken pieces in margarine, then cover with bread crumb mixture.
    Place in a 10 1/2 x 15-inch pan that has been lined with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 60 minutes or until well browned.
