Christmas Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. white cream cheese
1/4 c. Pet milk
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. diced unpared apples
2/3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix white cream cheese with Pet milk; beat in sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar; chill.
Chop or grind cranberries.
Fold cranberries into mixture of apples, celery and nuts.
Mix with chilled dressing.
Serve on lettuce.
Serves 4.
