Banana Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

5 Tbsp. margarine
1 pkg. coconut-pecan frosting mix
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
2 large ripe bananas
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
In saucepan melt margarine.
Stir in frosting mix and oats until crumbly; set aside.
In large bowl blend in sour cream, eggs and bananas until smooth.
Blend in cake mix; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour 1/3 the batter (2 cups) into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with 1/3 the crumb mixture (1 cup).
Repeat twice with batter and crumbs, ending with crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Let cool upright in pan for 15 minutes.
Remove from pan; turn over so crumb mixture is on top.
