Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and sliced apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and apples in a large bowl. Set aside for a few minutes.
    Mix dry ingredients together and then into apples.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serve as is or use favorite topping.
