Stir-Fry Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 lb. extra firm tofu
1 bunch scallions
1 red or green pepper
dash of any kind herb and spice to taste
1 or 2 dashes curry powder
generous sprinkle of garlic powder
capful sesame oil
Preparation

Put in capful of sesame oil in wok (allow to warm up).
Cut up scallions and peppers; lightly saute.
Add any herbs or spices at this time.
Add cut-up cabbage and curry powder; saute.
Add cut-up tofu.
Let simmer until vegetables are tender, but not too long.
Serve.
