M. T.'S Crock-Pot Special(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large roast (good cut)
    2 bottles pepperoncini peppers, stems removed
    2 packets Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Remove all fat from roast.
    Place in a crock-pot.
    Put peppers on top of roast, juice and all.
    Sprinkle dry salad dressing mix over roast and peppers.
    Cover crock-pot and cook until roast is easily shredded.
    Use your imagination.
    Serve at a cocktail party or for Saturday lunch.
