Hot Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute
    in
    butter, the chopped onion until transparent; add cut
    up
    mushrooms\tand
    cook until tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add thyme.
    Add flour to thicken.
    Add sour cream and heat through.
    Serve hot with crackers.
