Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 yellow apples, peeled and sliced thin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange or pineapple juice
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pastry for a 2-crust pie
Preparation
    Put the apples, 1/2 cup sugar, juice and margarine into a saucepan
    and cook 5 minutes or until transparent.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar
    mixed with 2 tablespoons flour and the cornstarch. Cook only
    until
    thickened.
    Cool.
    Put
    into a pastry-lined pan. Cover
    with
    the top crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
