Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    18 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook in skillet over medium-high heat the ground beef and onions for about 10 minutes until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, basil, oregano, sugar and pepper.
    Cook 2 minutes to blend flavors.
