Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
1/3 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 c. Cooked chicken, diced
2 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
1 Chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in
1 c. Boiling water
Hot cooked noodles
Preparation

Melt the butter, blend in the flour until smooth. Gradually stir in bouillon, cook and stir until thickened and smooth.
Stir in milk, chicken, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Serve over noodles.
