Pecan Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 2/3 c. dry mix)
1 egg
1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter
3 eggs
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

To cake mix (reserve 2/3 cup) add egg and melted butter. Grease 12 x 9-inch pan; pour batter in and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown.
Mix reserved cake mix with other ingredients (except pecans) and pour over baked crust.
Then sprinkle chopped pecans over top.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
