Dallas School Peanut Butter Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. milk
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    2 c. rolled oats
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa, butter (or oleo), milk and salt in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Spread in 9-inch square pan.
    Let stand until firm and completely cool.
    Cut into squares.
