Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg, well beaten
1 onion, sliced
Preparation
-
Boil squash until tender.
Drain and mash well.
Put in Pam-sprayed casserole dish and add other ingredients and top with bread crumbs.
Bake in moderate 325\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and egg is done.
This cooks real well in your microwave.
