Coconut Macaroon Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. nonfat milk powder
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Stir together flour and dry milk.
    In a small mixer bowl, beat butter.
    Add sugar; beat until fluffy.
    Add egg yolk and evaporated milk; beat well.
    Add flour mixture alternately with 1/3 cup water.
    Beat well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Spoon about 3 tablespoons of batter into each paper cup in muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
