Ed Marks' Family Chicken Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    1 can chicken soup
    2 bay leaves
    2 c. farina
    2 c. cornmeal (yellow)
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Bring water, chicken soup and bay leaves to a boil.
    Add farina, cornmeal and chili powder, stirring constantly to prevent lumping.
    Cook 10 to 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove bay leaves when cooked.
