Pineapple Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can coconut
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients.
    Add the other ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
