Oriental Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. V-8 vegetable juice
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (optional)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation

To Microwave:
In medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together all ingredients.
Cover with waxed paper; microwave on High 3 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking. Serve with chicken nuggets, fish sticks, fried eggplant, zucchini sticks or onion rings.
