Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boneless beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 (16 oz.) pkg. uncooked extra wide egg noodles
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

In medium bowl toss meat cubes with flour to coat.
In Dutch oven brown meat in hot oil.
Add onion, paprika, salt, pepper and broth; mix well.
Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
