Mexican Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
    1 Onion, Chopped
    1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder or 2 Cloves
    1 Can Tomato Soup
    1-10 1/2 oz. Can Beef Broth
    1 Cup Water
    1 Medium Potatoes, Cubed Small
    2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain fat.
    Add soup broth, water, potatoes and chili powder.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add corn and heat until hot.
    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
    Good with tortilla chips and sour cream.
