Shrimp De Jongh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2/3 c. cooking sherry
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    5 to 6 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp (large)
Preparation
    Add to melted butter the garlic, parsley, paprika, pepper and cooking sherry.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Place shrimp in 11 x 17 1/2-inch dish.
    Spoon butter mixture over top.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
