Celery And Water Chestnut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery (4 to 5 c.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Parboil celery. Cut into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces. Boil 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.
    Mix with cream of chicken soup and water chestnuts.
    Pour into casserole dish. Set aside. Crush the Ritz crackers. Add melted margarine.
    Mix together and sprinkle over celery mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
