Never Fail Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 to 1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Let come to a good rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Cool a few minutes in cold water, then beat well and spread on cake.
    Will ice two 9-inch layers.
