Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 slice white bread, coarsely crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. water
    3 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, egg, bread, salt and pepper; make 16 meatballs.
    Brown in skillet; pour off fat.
    Blend in soup, sour cream and water.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir now and then. Serve over noodles.
    Serves 4.
