Chilled Strawberry Soup In Melon Bowls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    1 1/4 tsp. instant tapioca
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 cantaloupes, well chilled
    4 paper thin lemon slices
Preparation
    This lo-cal soup served for breakfast or first course for a warm weather dinner. Makes 4 servings.
