Hoosier Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken, beef, pork or combination of any
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cover any combination of meat with just enough water to cover and simmer 3 hours or until tender.
    Shred immediately and reserve broth.
    Add to shredded meat catsup, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish and paprika.
    Add reserved broth until desired consistency is reached.
    This freezes well.
