Oriental Express - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, diagonally sliced
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    14 oz. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    4 chicken breast, cubed
    2 handfuls bean sprouts
    cooked rice or Chinese noodles
Preparation
    In skillet, cook celery, green pepper and onions in butter until tender.
    Mix broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar. Gradually blend into vegetable mixture.
    Cook stirring until thickened.
    Add chicken and pineapple, stir together.
    Put bean sprouts on top cover, heat through on low heat.
