Vegetable Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. vegetable soup and recipe mix
    1 egg
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    tomato sauce (optional)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine beef soup mix, egg, bread crumbs and milk.
    In foil lined baking pan, shape beef mixture into an 8 x 5-inch loaf.
    Bake in
    a 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
    If desired, serve with tomato sauce.
