Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. crabmeat, chopped
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    3 to 5 drops hot sauce
    16 oz. pkg. won ton wrappers
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Place 1 teaspoon of filling mixture in center of each won ton wrapper. Moisten the edges, bring the four corners to the center and press firmly to seal.
    Place on baking sheet, then in freezer for 30 minutes.
    Deep fry at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
    (Peanut oil works best.)
    Turn upside down and cool on paper towels.
